In the case of my mother, who died of lung cancer in 1997, I was told by her lung doctor that there was a sweet spot for oxygen supplementation.
“morphine is a pain-relieving drug that can suppress breathing”
My aunt was given morphine on her deathbed in 2010 for what the nurses said was to help her breathe after I told them that morphine was known to impede breathing. She died shortly after I arrived at the hospital.

My arm muscles, sore for a few days, suggested most the mRNA stayed in my arm muscles. It is obviously possible for the vaccine to be injected into a blood vessels in a small percentage of patients, causing widespread distribution in a small percentage of patients.
The mRNA method allows the body to make the immune generation protein itself.
Since the body normally uses mRNA to make proteins. The level of response to the vaccine injected into arm muscle should not be expected to vary wildly.
Since a pediatric dose was developed, it apparently is possible for young folks to get an excess of vaccine.
Young folks, their parents and guardians, and people with a strong immune response should ensure any Covid vaccine dose should not be excessive.
