CATHOLIC schools do. I can attest to that first-hand. There's a criminal background check, reference interviews, and a "don't molest the kids and report suspicious behavior" class. Not sure what if anything the government schools do.

Black hires are a cherished and prized thing in schools these days, in order to facilitate that they'll overlook a lot of red flags and shuffle them right in. You know, for diversity and all that.
