Search on Youtube for “Ron White Shaman” for the Joe Rogan interview regarding his experience to quit drinking.

Rogan is always peddling this nonsense. Makes him unwatchable sometimes. He and Graham Hancock degenerate into this crap all the time. I liked it better when he talked about ancient civilizations.

In all seriousness, there are quite a few former Special Ops guys who have gone through a psychedelics treatment. It’s quite interesting when you get into the details. What I hear though is “Ibogaine”. It flushes toxins from your system too. I do not know if the drug (or frog venom) in this story was used in their treatment, but from the testimonials I have seen, they swear by it. One vet was hooked on a number of pills, drank everyday, and had been in and out of treatment centers for years. He tried suicide. He went through this, lost something like 20 lbs in one week, and hasn’t had a pill or sip of alcohol since.
