A booming economy produces more output. That tends to be deflationary. Is Venezuela producing more GDP than ever? Is Russia?

Making your energy inputs more expensive makes your outputs less affordable and lowers GDP.
Adding military production and presumably reducing everything else probably makes "everything else" more expensive. Making more tanks isn't reducing demand for the reduced food or clothing produced.
Wrong. Economic growth always produces some inflation. Why? Because if consumers are working more and making more money, they are spending more.
That is Economics 101.
