One of my brothers in law is mentally ill. He’s in his 60s, doesn’t have a pot to pee in to his name, and is, without a doubt, the most racist person I know. My wife (his sister) took him grocery shopping once and right in the store started talking about the “n*****s” and all the foreigners and how they were to blame for everything. My wife had to shut him down fast before anyone heard him. He’s divorced, with two grown kids. The daughter is fantastic, she has a successful career with an international corporation, but his son is taking after his Dad, I’m afraid.
Her other brother, widowed, has Parkinson’s and is in assisted living. He’s a strong democrat, and he’s just as racist except he blames republicans for everything.
What a soap opera……😖
