There are probably a few Russian fixed points:
1. Ukraine not in NATO
2. Ukraine officially neutral like Austria
3. no foreign troops in Ukraine
4. no missiles in Ukraine that can hit Moscow
5. Russian oligarchs get their assets back
6. Russia has its foreign holdings back
7. no economic sanctions on the Russian Federation
8. every bit of the Kursk oblast(?) back
9. Russia keeps Crimea, much of Donetsk & Luhansk
10. No discrimination against Russians & Russian language in Ukraine
11. Russian shall be an official language of Ukraine

10 is literally impossible. Many may not want to go to the front & risk death, but most of central and western Ukraine is now seething with hatred of Russians...

The sum of your 11 points will be a non-starter for Ukraine and for NATO.

12. Russia gets all of the Oblasts it is now troops in.

13. The West agrees to ship the ball bearings and computer chips parts Russia’s military needs in order to rearm.

14. Any deal will include by the West an apology to and acknowledgment that V.V. Putin is a genius.

15. Failure to comply will mean Russian use of tactical nuclear warheads in Ukraine, via the unstoppable hypersonic RS-26 Rubezh.

Okay except for 11, and I’d add Russia has to pay Ukraine’s rebuilding costs and Ukraine can join the EU.
