US tariffs should be used to safeguard American workers and raise necessary federal revenue for proper federal spending.
The US should not impede efforts of foreigners to create better money for themselves.

The ruble was probably worth a dollar when the original dictionary owner acquired it, now it is worth less than a cent.

BRICS is not so much an attack on the USA as preparation for when the USA goes away.
And even with Trump as president-elect that is still a possibility.
