How can somebody listen for free?
On NPR? Spotify? ??
Your local classical station on FM.
Often that is NPR.
But the Met is a great cultural offering
.
I do not like Salome. Can I listen to Tosca twice and omit Salome?
Not specifically the “Opera”, but I will be going to see this young lady in concert at Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh on February 15th 2025. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I2py2PdG6dc
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
That was just one of her concerts. In Pittsburgh she’ll be playing:
Carlos Simon: Four Black American Dances
Saint-Saens: Violin Concerto No. 3
Antonin Dvorak: Symphony No. 9 From the New World.
I’m excited to hear her play.
I would be too!
I wish I could attend all of them
King-fm on line stream these, usually on Saturday am PST.
There is no tape monitor out on my A/V receiver. Does anyone know how I could record these?
