. . could be prosected . .

I don't want to hear a bargaining point. Trump needs to change "could be" to "will be".

PDJT47 needs to fire every person he can in the DOJ and make it his own.

Other than that Homan will meet much resistance - even a down right wall impeding his efforts.

US Code, Section 8 is long-standing law. The whiny Woke/Dims/socialists/commies can cry all they want. They can even waste time and money on lawsuits, but the law is the law, and those lawsuits will not prevail. The Executive Branch is tasked with enforcing it.

No council person, mayor, governor, state legislature, or NGO has any standing regarding immigration control. The USSC clearly stipulated in a case regarding Arizona that only the Fedgov has jurisdiction to enforce immigration and naturalization according to Congress statutes.

Put these traitors in jail. Make them defend their actions in court.

Years of hard labor would be a justified punishment in these cases.

Judges committing crimes can be charged too.

Would be interesting to see Federal LEOs march into a courtroom and arrest a judge on the dais.

And someone should add that on every single time one of these bs liberals starts talking like that.
Well, it looks like illegal aliens really are above the law to Democrats. Frame it.

Warns sanctuary cities could be prosecuted if they harbor aliens.

Simple warning your part of the problem or part of the answer.

Options are best selected with wisdom.
