No? The Ukraine government isn’t (well, except for the Crimea), but you posted this map. Why? To stir up nationalist hatred for Russians is my bet. This is America, we don’t deal in ethnic or religious hatred here. Keep it in your own country.
Crimea was recognized by Russia as a part of Ukraine that Putin pledged to respect when Ukraine gave up its nuclear arsenal. That being said, if you look at my history of posting on Ukraine, you would see that I have always maintained that Crimea was the one region that Russia had some legitimate claims.
Why did I post the map? To counter Governor Dinwiddie's false claim that the Donbas was traditionally Russian territory.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I am born and bred American. Except for the three years that I lived in Germany while serving in the US Army, I have always lived in the US. Nor do I have any ethnic connections with Ukraine.
