Syrup from a mixture of leftover coffee grounds, milk, and sugar.
I can just feel myself picking coffee grounds out of my mouth for a couple of hours. Just when you think you’ve got them all, a few more that were hiding out somewhere among the molars pop out to annoy you.
Sounds like more exercise?

I think the key word is syrup. I suspect they cook the mix into syrup and then filter from there. I doubt it’s just a blend like one makes into a smoothie.
Nope. Been drinking it for almost 60 years. No coffee grounds in the syrup. I am sure it is filtered out. The syrup is a thick black liquid. Coffee Milk is way better than Chocolate Milk. I don’t live near Rhode Island anymore, but can still buy the syrup at most of the large grocery chains here in New Hampshire.
There aren’t any grounds in at least the commercially available coffee milk I grew up with.
