This guy skipped posturing/BS and got to the real point.
The obvious follow-up is, “Well, Gospodin Naryshkin, what, in Moscow’s view, would that entail in political, economic, and physical terms?” Of course the “journalist” didn’t ask (or at least didn’t tell).
