Have your sweets earlier in the day.
I am laughing, because for some unknown reason, I don’t understand, awhile back i started having “deserts” as an afternoon snack and then did not have them after dinner.

This reminds me, I once read Lucille Ball said she stayed thin by doing just one thing - she never ate after 3pm each day. Had whatever she felt like during the day, but nothing after 3pm.
