“Acute diarrhea often resolves on its own and can typically be treated with antibiotics.”

This makes no sense as I have seen first hand the antibiotics are often the cause of diarrhea.

When you already have been infected with a malicious bacterial family, antibiotics can kill that off.

I’ve had it happen to me as well. Sometimes stronger antibiotics can knock it out.
