I spent years wasted on WOW. I might like to play WOW classic. I would get sucked in and waste way too much time. I loved the game. If they ever combine WOW type addictive game with virtual reality, and AI buddies/players that match your skill and character - we would lose half our population in an inception kind of way. If you have an addictive personality don’t start WOW.
I was interested in WOW, but never got into it. I’m a completionist when playing such a game. So, when they started replacing elements of the game with other elements, I chose to not play it at all because I would be annoyed that some characters had items that I could never get unless I paid cash from a mod site.
I enjoyed the game a lot. Morningthaw server.
Played Asherons Call and ultima online before that.
