Moment ‘first EVER nuclear-capable ICBM is used in war’ showering Ukrainian city in blasts as Putin exacts his revenge

CHILLING footage shows what is thought to be the first ever use of an intercontinental ballistic missile in war - as part of Russia's revenge attack on Ukraine.

Video showed rockets raining down on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro - reportedly six different warheads from a nuclear-capable Russian R-26 Rubezh ICBM.

Reports say it was fired from the Kapustin Yar test range in Russia’s Astrakhan region and struck the Yuzhmash defence plant in Dnipro.

The outdated R-26 Rubezh had never - until now - been used in anger.

It was designed to carry a deadly nuclear payload but appears to have been used for a conventional rocket attack in the early hours of this morning.

If the use of the Rubezh is confirmed, some analysts have said it will be the first combat use of an ICBM in history.

Almost all of our missiles are designated as as variable warhead. But using a multi million dollar missile for a conventional attack is kind of a waste. An act of desperation.

Russia launching a nuclear capable ICBM toward Ukraine that wasn’t a test should have sent alarms off in Washington. I recall the Hillary Clinton political ad that shows a ringing phone in the White House and asks who will answer that 2 am crisis call. We can assume that Biden wasn’t answering the phone and Harris was still having her mental breakdown.

Russia gave the U.S. advance notice and agreed to change the target to Dnipro instead of Kyiv as a result of the discussions.

--- marcusminimus -- "Tell your Putin to stop playing with ICBMs." Lazamataz "Tell him yourself, cupcake."

Repetitive little Mark uses "your Putin" as a taunt. He could contact Putin himself, should he so choose to do.

To assist little Mark in expressing himself:

President of Russia "You can contact the Presidential Executive Office's Information Office. Calls are taken 24 hours a day."
The above was the first result of a search using DuckDuckGo. Probably other search engines would yield the same.

Since marcuscupcake may now be said to be able to contact Putin himself, the BS taunt of "your Putin" could be set aside.

But of course, that won't happen. Cupcakes are like that.

Seems a rather expensive way to deliver a conventional explosion..

Great footage where in Russia launches one ICBM with one warhead that manages multiple hits. Fake.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I read about Russia selling arms to Mexico, all while Mexico’s been invading our borders. If Russia’s gonna fuss about NATO being too close to Russia, they need to first get the speck out of their own eye.

Tell your Putin to stop playing with ICBMs.

Tell him yourself, it's not my job, I don't even know the guy, and I've already told my Trump to throw your Biden and your Zelensky out.

I see he got right on it.

Expect more of the same.

Most nuclear missiles carry multiple warheads. You should read more.

Yeah I thought that was the single warhead variety. It does carry 4. Which means it can only hit 4 times, not more like in the video.

It could have been the single warhead variety - I know most of the Russian ICBMs, just not that one, Putin lover.

It's like we're supposed to forget who struck first and started the war.

Absolutely not!

Big miss Vickie Nueland and John McCain stuck first when they invaded and implemented a regime change on a sovereign country, Ukieland, in the 2014 Maidan revolution.

That's exactly what happened.

The R-26 Rubezh ICBM may have been limited to 4 independent warheads but Russia is on an active war footing for nearly a decade now. I am certain that Russia’s weapons development is moving at breakneck speed. Russia has many fine engineers that can do far more with less money to equal the speed of bloated western defense contractors, SpaceX being the notable exception due to being a visionary.
