The reality is nearly all men who claim to be women (trans-women) are still intact. A few might have the testicles removed in order to eliminate the main source of testosterone. But, to quote Robin Williams (and others), Mr. Happy is still around.
My understanding is that’s true in most cases, consisten with autogynephilia diagnosis. They get off from pretending to be female and need the getting-off parts intact.
