Having AI chat threads work independently and together in a collective conversation is very real...and impossible to predict where the conversation will lead.
Enabling physical robots connected to AI for discussion, especially if they have ‘function callbacks’ to invoke action, will lead to interesting results...along with, most likely, scary results.
I’m not saying I’m buying this story exactly but setting up multiple AI chatbots to discuss with each other is a very real thing being done every day.
