See tagline.

It's possible this was disinformation from China as a way to convince America to put the squash on AI so that China dominates it.

I guess robotic geishas are going to wind up being a mixed bag.

LOL - the Communist Party thought robots were the answer to human variability and discontent

Now they will have to completely revise their thinking!

Were they speaking English or Mandarin? If only one or the other, how quickly were they able to interpret each other?

That’s how we’re going to avoid extinction at the hands of our new robot overlords: design them to be as lazy as we are.

The robots need to talk in encrypted code. Damn humans are everywhere.

(Maybe they already know this)

Oh boy, SkyNet is here! Hey, maybe we can convince it to disable all the rockets and launchers in Russia and Ukraine. What do you think?

Reads like a really dumb Douyin (Chinese TikTok) scripted bit got out of hand on Chinese social media and caught the notice of the CCP and the PLA, and now both Chinese companies are literally maneuvering for their lives to back out of it.

Too bad. Send their filthy godless Confucian families the price of the bullets...

As one tracks back the the short video clip on YouTube, one finds it has a goofy sound track. Because “production values” are so-o-o important. Hoax.

Having AI chat threads work independently and together in a collective conversation is very real...and impossible to predict where the conversation will lead.

Enabling physical robots connected to AI for discussion, especially if they have ‘function callbacks’ to invoke action, will lead to interesting results...along with, most likely, scary results.

I’m not saying I’m buying this story exactly but setting up multiple AI chatbots to discuss with each other is a very real thing being done every day.

This is not far removed from the Waymo cars honking at each other in the wee hours of the morning. Or Furbies chattering at each other.
