I am a private employer.

I absolutely run the campaign donations of any prospective hire and people I do business with. Plus voting records. Check social media, too.

Any democrat or other leftist resume gets trashed immediately.

They make bad employees, are way more likely to fake injury, cause disruption, or steal.
