I LOVE War of the Worlds in MOST of its incarnations,,,
Watching the National Guard burning debris fields in the middle of Interstate 26 just below Exit 40 was surreal...the copters prowling thru the low smoke reminded me of a Stephen King movie.

Have you seen the Pendragon production of The War of the Worlds?
It’s the most true to the book, but the production was so budget crimped as to make it practically unwatchable!
