BTW, the ATACMS supplied to Ukraine was developed in the 1980s and is badly out of date. It was first used in Ukraine in October 2023. The US has supplied it to or agreed to supply it to more than a dozen other countries including most significantly Romania, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Wonder why they think they might need them?

The most advanced missile in the US inventory is LRPF.

Most advanced? ATACMMS are 1980’s tech. The reason we authorized them is that we were out of the short ranged ones. And these long ranged ones are reaching their “expiration date.”

We are emptying the supply closet. We don’t give Ukraine the “good stuff.”

Imagine if we gave them Tomahawks?
