Good luck with that. The guy who got shot was not armed. If he had the bat it would be understandable and justifiable.
The government is going to put the CCW holder through the ringer. Even if he eventually wins he'll be destroyed. The process is the punishment.
It's a good example of why having CCW insurance is a smart move.
