I think that Roseanne is who X seems to be asking for the most.

I think press secretary is too important a job to rotate once someone gets good at the conferences, and at absorbing the talking points.

If rotated, the real press secretary needs to be there like any normal day, and the rotating guest can mainly do commentary on a particular topic or two.

Roseanne if nothing else should be called upon when the real press secretary wants a living breathing fiery MEME to tell the questioner where to go.

She is actually smart enough to do more also, if it seems fun and suits her personality.
