I am a “Phoenix Lights” witness. There were lights but those lights were attached to a vessel that nearly blacked out every star in the sky. It seemed like every sound of the night just stopped. Dead silent. Birds, bugs, traffic - we take the ambient sound of civilization for granted but you are quite alarmed when everything - every noise just stops. Surreal and eerie.. and then whatever it was, was gone to the south and the world began again.
This was an intimidation operation - no question. I could feel it in every sense

I thought at the time that the lights they publicized on the news from the video were flares thrown up sometime later that evening by the Military for plausible deniability.
Also one of the Navajo Rangers that has provided some interesting talks on the paranormal activity his team has investigated over the years also recalled seeing a similar light pattern and (I believe) this occurred hours before or the evening before the Phoenix event.
