I remember hearing something, if an interim appointment, there’s a time limit and the interim is confirmed by the process….doesnt need a hearing
2. Nominates Gaetz. Senate raised holy hell. He makes the deal…I’ll nominate someone else but you have to play ball. They agree. New person confirmed. Then Gaetz is given a position in DOJ that doesn’t need confirmation and he can all of them to the woodshed.
