Jerky is really easy to make, and making your own is much, much cheaper than buying it. Also, you can spice it just how you like.
Yep. Make my own. From beef all the way down to wild rabbit. Venison is my favorite.
Here’s my go to jerky marinade.
1 cup red wine.
8 Tblsp fish sauce.
Loads of fresh cracked black pepper.
Marinade sliced beef overnight and then process in dehydrator.
Yum.
