LOL I’m talking late 70’s, Univ. of Pittsburgh. I’ve slept since then so don’t remember specifics. Wish I had recorded them now - back then it would have been using a cassette recorder. Funny thing I do remember - Klook’s lectures were just a part of the class - we had a TA that actually taught us Jazz history and tested us on it. The TA was a Japanese guy that pronounced words with a stereotypical oriental accent - his attempts to say “Jellyroll Morton” were epic (he joked about it - was a nice guy and knew his Jazz). I guess today he’d have to cancel himself.
