Trump should immediately weigh in on this, denouncing the plea deal and attacking Biden and his entire Admin for it. Arousing public rage over it can only boost his popularity further and help smooth his national security appointments in the Senate.

Tony West, Kamala’s husband, worked for a law firm that defended the 911 plotters. This is very important for the pro Palestinian, pro Iran liberals who desperately want to bury everything they can about 911 planning.

From a an old article on the KSM plea deal effort by Obama and Biden :

“I [deSantis] will end the federal government’s decades-long abuse of the classification system and will strive to be the most transparent administration in U.S. history,” DeSantis promises.

Additionally, the Governor vows to resist a plea deal with “Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his co-conspirators,” which is reportedly under consideration and could remove the possibility of the death penalty for the attacks more than two decades ago.

“Any plea deal allowing the accused to avoid the harshest penalties and transparency is unconscionable given the loss inflicted by their terrorist acts. While the Biden Administration has allegedly rejected a considered plea deal over the near term, pressure must remain so that any way forward includes public answers and maximum lawful punishment. Avoiding a public trial denies victims the justice they deserve and allows others to evade scrutiny. I urge the administration to serve justice and send an unequivocal message that such attacks on American lives will never go unanswered.”

That family of that elGindy guy (who pulled his investments out of the market the day before 9/11 and who was connected to 2 crooked FBI agents out west) was closely connected to the Democratic party, especially the father.

“I, along with much of our nation and Congress, are deeply shocked and angered by news that the terrorist mastermind and his associates who planned the September 11, 2001 terror attacks, which killed nearly 3000 innocent people, are still alive.”
