I've arrived at the conclusion that my children are not interested in the souvenirs and mementos I've collected over the years. I still cannot part with much of them, mostly clothes and sports collectibles (none are worth any real money, just bobbleheads, and giveaways from baseball games).

I also have loads of photographs of my family over the years that I fully intend to sort and organize and even scan as a retirement project.

But this article points out that I do need to get organized in order to make it easier. I have three children, but my son is pretty much the point man on wrapping things up. Of course, like everyone else, I always think I have plenty of time to get it done!
