I wonder how tired Arizonans are of their counting system. They are a laughingstock.
California is just as bad as Arizona.
Mail in ballots should be required to arrive no later than close of business the day before election day—and no further contact of voters should be permitted after election day. If they can’t match signatures or have other ballot issues then the ballot or the relevant vote should not be counted.
Easy peasy.
The rules for both states are deeply insane.
