I am sure Putin didn’t speak with Trump—he just sent texts or had others quietly contact him. Remember the Art of thee Deal— We are in the first stages of the bid to end the war. Russia will have to give some as Ukraine will give a lot. Remember in the Mexican war, when we took 1/3 of Mexico’s territory we had to pay 15 million dollars to Mexico.
Trump will end the war in Ukraine. He doesn’t need CIA misinformation/disinformation to accomplish his objective. In fact, the CIA is trying to prevent an end to this war. Stories like this one are not helpful.
