The better approach is to have a private inauguration just after midnight on January 20, with Trump immediately afterwards signing a series of executive orders that puts his administration and its policies and directives into place.
Then have the usual public swearing in, with Biden and Harris having to sit there as Trump describes what he has done and will do to erase their legacy.

I think you have a great idea. Trump should NOT mention Biden/Harris by name. However he should describe in detail EVERY FAILED POLICY that he already reversed at Midnight.
He should take his time, go slow so Biden & Harris have to seeth with anger. Keep camera on them the entire time!!
