Fox News cruised to an easy victory in the ratings battle for election night coverage, marking the second-straight time the network beat rivals CNN and MSNBC in viewership for presidential results.
Fox News reeled in 10.3 million viewers from 8 to 11 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, according to Nielsen data.
The ratings were more than double that of CNN, which finished behind MSNBC for the first time on a presidential election night.
MSNBC’s coverage, anchored by Rachel Maddow, averaged 6 million viewers, besting CNN’s 5.1 million viewers.

I agree. Watched CNN for awhile after midnight. John King played it straight and was quite analytical … his truthiness had Tapper grimacing and at times almost speechless.
THAT was beautiful!
Ditto that.
I watched Newsmax. I wish I had taped Fox News and CNN so I can watch now but I was afraid of jinxing Trump. You see, everytime I tape a football game, my team ends up losing so I don’t end up watching the game.
Hopefully I can catch part on YouTube.
I watched Charlie Kirk’s You Tube show, which was brilliant, and then tuned into FOX overnight, Kellyanne Conway was especially exceptional.
Weren’t they first to call the race? And was the idiot from 2020 at the decision desk?
I wound up watching Megan Kelly’s podcast. It was pretty good.
Real Americas News was the best, called it before all of them
I went there for the meltdowns too. But the Fox news Election Desk has, by far, the best presentation of the facts in real time than any other network. Bill Hemmerer is a master of the interactive election map.
The other networks were just blathering about incoherent nonsense and Nazis.
