The deal should be that if you self deport within a set time
you can correctly apply for entry. If you are deported,
you will have to wait a set time, say five years before you can apply. If you are deported more than once the wait time will be ten years. Also speaking English will give bonus points toward acceptance.

If you came here illegally, you are deported and you don’t get to come back ever. There are plenty of potential legal immigrants from all over the world who we can take in rather than someone who has already broken one of our laws.
