The movie The Fall of Minneapolis clearly shows that Floyd George overdosed, probably on fentanyl, on his own responsibility. Officer Chavin was wrongly convicted. Anyone watching the movie at https://www.thefallofminneapolis.com/ can clearly see the truth, that Derek Chauvin did not murder Floyd George. Officer Chauvin was stabbed 22 times in prison.
President Trump, please pardon Officer Derek Chauvin as one of your first official acts.
well then as a lawyer, you should know that IF a person IS talking, and speaking clearly (Which floyd was- the whoel dang time), then he could breathe and the cop was NOT compressing his throat and shutting off his airway- had he done so- floyd would NOT have spoken clearly and for as long as he did- it’s not possible to shut off someone’s airway and have that person speaking clearly and at length- try strangling yourself, and you will instantly see that your voice completely changes, and is not clear at all- Floyd sounded NOTHING like that-
He sounded the exact same as he did when the cops first rolled up on him, and floyd walked off from them proclaiming that he ‘;couldn’t breathe’ long before cops even cuffed him!
Floyd was dying of an overdose before cops even showed up!
And yes, we did watch the videos and saw the knee on the back, NOT on the neck compressing the trachea so that floyd couldn’t breathe as has been falsely claimed over and over by folks like you-

There is a major legal problem with the Death Certificate that was introduced at the Chauvin Minneapolis trial.
The error is so obvious, I actually believe the Medical Examiner did it on purpose.
I emailed Chauvin's original defense lawyer - no response.
I emailed the Judge - email not delivered.
And, I emailed a state defense lawyer for indigent clients - no response.
The Death Certificate error would not reverse the Guilty verdict.
However, it would definitely get Chauvin a new trial, and, hopefully, some competent new lawyers.

when you test it on yourself- strangle yourself to the point that you can NOT breathe, then try talking- and do note the extreme difference in the sound of your voice- in order for chavin’s knee to have killed floyd, it woudl have had to shut off ALL air, suffocating him- that didn’t happened as proven by the fact that floyd was still talking the whole time
Check out chauvin’s lawyer’s defense too- He explains ALL of this- and does so expertly- Had it not been for a fearful jury- worried that the mob woudl kill them if they voted innocent, Derick would NOT have been found guilty-

Trump can ask the Department of Justice to specifically examine the Minnesota state trial for obvious violations of defendant rights or evidence errors.
Trump and the DOJ could then ask for a new trial.
That would be wonderful. None of those officers should be in prison. Free all the political prisoners.

They were gonna convict him because all the mass media told them he did it. They wanted revenge on the white guy who "killed" a black man, and they wanted revenge for all the black people the white people have killed all the way back in history.
I believe I recall reading that there was a crowd outside the courthouse threatening mayhem if they didn't convict him. I also seem to recall reading that some jurors had already made up their mind to convict him before the trial.
We have an idiotic corrupt system when a system works in this fashion.

If he killed him, you ought to be able to tell us what he did that was fatal.
Oh, and by the way, there have been several experiments done to show that kneeling on someone for 9 minutes is not fatal. I recall reading one freeper who said he verified it himself by having someone kneel on him for 9 minutes.
Apparently it is just uncomfortable, but not dangerous. I suppose this is why the Minneapolis police told their officers to use this technique in their training manual.
