Oh and early this am when I couldn’t sleep, it came to me that Muslim nations always demand and get, way unfair “prisoner exchanges” when negotiating with liberal presidents (where say palestine gets say 100 of their people back from us prisons, but only releases 1 american prisoner that they are holding), so I thought why not negotiate the release of the Jan 6 prisoners, the prisoners who protested at abortion clinics, and Derrick Chauvin for the release of hunter Biden?

It is so much worse than that. You have to understand, intelligence recreated the East German Stasi in the US, and has been rigging everything, not just elections. From what I have seen dealing with that operation, it wanted Chauvin found guilty for political reasons, and would have had an asset it planted in the Clerk’s office make sure juror summonses only went out to its civilian network, so no matter how jury selection went, it would have a jury of its agents who would definitely convict.

There was a time when I would have dismissed such ideas as conspiracy nonsense, but after having seen what they did to Trump, and how they did it, I now take such ideas seriously.

I have zero doubt Chauvin was totally railroaded by a system as corrupt as the 2020 election. Intelligence has compromised everything, and done so for evil.

Yes, Chauvin was railroaded. Everyone involved in it should take his place in prison.

It wasn’t just hostilities created by the press- governors came put stoking hatred and bias agaisnt Chauvin as well. Chauvin never stood a chance- his case was tried in the court of pub,ic opinion by radical fact-denying maggots who wanted their pound of flesh for “past sins” agaisnt the black community, and they got it through fear and intimidation plain and simple

Here's what I think killed him: A bad heart which was fatally overstressed by Chauvin's unrelenting actions restricting his airway.

This is the most rational explanation for how Chauvin might have contributed to his death, that I have heard to date. But it is speculative, and ignores the fact he had several times the lethal dose of fentanyl necessary to kill a man.

Even when it was obvious that Floyd was gone, Chauvin and company continued restraining him.

Chauvin died after he was taken by the medical people. He didn't die while Chauvin had him on the ground.

But anyway, you see what happened in such a way as to conform to what you want to believe. You ignore evidence to the contrary.

This is actually normal for most people. Most people just want to reinforce their initial judgements, and few people want to actually question their own conclusions.

Neither you or I have any influence on this issue, so I guess it doesn't really matter what we think.

It's academic.

And by the way, thank you for your service to the
Public- people have no idea the risks that the police take every day, and they/you do, did it willingly throughout your careers. Th3y have no idea the hate and violence and vitriol you folks have to endure, especially these days- I onow that I certainly would not have the temperament to deal with violently angry perps and crowds every day- it takes the patience of saints to deal with that every day

Yes, but one side usually has all the facts on their side which is justification enough for their beleif. I think in this case, all the evidence shows that no, Chauvin did not compress Floyd’s neck anywhere near enough to cause even the slightest air deprivation, and wasn’t the cause of Floyd’s heart failure in any way shape or form. A knee on the back or efen on the neck will not bring on heart failure u less the person being restrained is fighting, and in that case, their death is on them, not on the officers who did their job by the book. The cops calling the paramedics ruls put any negligent homicide charges.

Above is a long documentary called “The Fall of Minneapolis”. It details the autopsy, the governor’s and mayor’s comments, interviews with the cops, Chauvin’s mother, etc.

His mom displays his training manual, and the pages and images of how to do the knee/shoulder hold - just like shown in the famous video. The manual was not allowed as evidence!

The police chief said Chauvin was not taught that method.

The governor and mayor had already blamed the cops for Floyd’s death.

There is an email from the coroner to his boss with the autopsy results (heart problems and high drug content, no signs of bruising, no damage to airways, not loss of air, etc.)

The coroner comments in the email “What do we do about the cause of death not lining up with what has already been told in the media?”

I like to watch the various youtubes of cops chasing guys, confronting shoplifters, etc. It is amazing how many people “can’t breath” as soon as the cops start trying to get them into handcuffs.

Heck - I’ve seen some women have a cop ask to look in her bag and she doesn’t want to give it up. After the second time the cop asks they’ll start squirming and clutching the bag and saying “I can’t breath” over and over again.

Forensic doctor baden, who appears on fox a lot, then met with floyd family, and lo and behold after th3 meeting came out and lied about the police procedure claiming that it “could, have killed floyd, and that floyd “could have” spoken while he was dying even though he supposedly was being g strangled to death by the knee, which is a complete lie- a person who is being strangled or had their air cut off to the point of dying can absolutely not speak clearly a d distinctly like floyd was doing the wh9le time he was in custody. His voice nev3r changed, proving that at no time was his airway constricted.

The lawyer for the def3nse actually did a very good job explaining g the training procedure, and prov9ng that floyd was breathing and speaking the whole time. I read what he said during trial, and it “shou,d,have” convinced an unbiased objective jury of Chauvin’s innocence 100%, but the jury was scared for their lives, being threatened by what was likely antifa maggots following their bus and Intimidating them, by the media, by blm, by antifa and even by governors who weighed in on the case and basically thr3atened that there had better be a conviction or else.

I hope pr3s Trump pardons Chauvin and gives him protection for many years to come for being so aggregiously violated. He was stabbed severely in prison, being thrown into general population, knowing that his life was in danger from bpm and antifa maggots in prison- then when. He miraculously recouperated they put him back in general lockup Again hoping inmates would finish him off.

The left sure are a murderous lot

The whole, case was a masterclass n corrupt lawfare and jury intimidation and witness tampering by everyone involved in scaring the jury into convicting an innocent man
