Stewart got 18 years for an alleged conspiracy on Jan 6. 2020.

Do you think he qualifies for a pardon?

EVERY SINGLE JANUARY 6 PROTESTER EXCDEPT FOR THE ONES THAT ACTUALLY BROKE THE LAW OR DAMAGED GOVERNMENT PROPERTY SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY PARDONED. ADD IN ANYONE CONVICTED FOR PROTESTING AT ABORTION MILLS. Sorry for the caps but I am yelling this!!!

Trump should look at each of these suspect cases, individually, and where there is a strong case for malicious prosecution and conviction, he should issue a pardon. He should go on the air and explain to the public, in each case, how the government abused the citizens rights. Use the pardon as an opportunity for exposing the last administration’s malfeasance.

That should be the very first act. Perhaps the second he is sworn in before stepping off the podium.

Just pardon them all. If the DOJ had been temperate, most of these people would have been given a small fine and never sent to jail.

I would go further than that.

Every single J6 protestor should be pardoned. Every single one.

Most of them should be awarded substantial payments for restitution as a result of unjust prosecution and unreasonable delays in their trials. Congress should pass a bill explicitly authorizing this. The Committee of Restitution can start with reimbursement of all legal fees plus five years of prospective income - and go up from there. All awards to be tax-free.

The DC police officer who killed an unarmed protester should be fired. He should also be prosecuted. His commander should be fired.

Federal Agents who infiltrated the J6 protests should all be fired along with their immediate supervisors.

And even those who broke the law or damaged property have already served enough time and need to be let out of prison with time served and no additional parole requirements.

Not in CAPS but I’m cheering your megaphone.

In order to heal the nation all J6 patriots should be pardoned. But, there remains to be unfinished business, the assailant who shot to death the young lady must be held accountable.

Let me go further. President-elect Trump must promptly announce that any further mistreatment of the Jan. 6 political prisoners before their release will be thoroughly investigated, and those responsible will be held fully accountable under the law.

I think Trump is going to blanket pardon all of them as he should.

Agree. Pardon them all and compensate them for lost wages and attorney fees.

He needs to free the political prisoners and destroy the Pelosi Gulag that represents a deep, dark stain on our American values.

Every J6 political prisoner should be pardoned on 1/20/2025.
