They were not there in the first place. This time, that avenue of corruption was being watched for, and so the 2020 perpetrators could not pull this twice.

Better question. How did Trump overperform 2020, win the popular vote and still have less votes than 2020?

She did not outperform Biden in any county (not one) in the United States. Yet, Biden outperformed both Obama (all black counties) and Hillary by over 20% in every county he won. Though he won less counties than any president in history. Proof the election was stolen.

The additional $800m in CARES Act and Zuckerbucks cash put Biden over the top. Without that cash, Trump might have eked out an EV win in 2020.
