That's the ONLY plausible explanation.
Despite the peril the demoncrats had put the nation in, Trump gets 2,148,000 FEWER votes than in 2020? Not remotely possible, unless the same thing happened as in 2016. The demoncrats couldn't cheat enough to drag their candidate over the goal line.
Steve Bannon alludes to 2020's 600,000 "missing" votes. It's likely that they had made allowances for several times that many this year, but it still wasn't enough.
