When election results pour in from across the country Tuesday evening, there will likely be various close and hotly contested races that could end in a recount.

The presidential race between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris will likely come down to seven states considered “toss-up” contests, and any of those states’ results could end up in a recount. Here are the laws for recounts in each of the key battleground states.

The most accurate count is almost always the initial count, before all of the “extraneous additions” are added.

Truism: The longer the counting continues, the more cheating by Democrat/Communists who can otherwise not win.

George Will, when he was still writing decent conservative articles 2 decades ago, opined about the 2000 election, making some great points. He said that knowing just how many votes were needed to overturn the lead in a close election was just too irresistible a motive to be even remotely objective in “recounts.” A “dimpled chad” becomes solid gold.
