She said that she usually goes for the Sour Gummies at Dollar Tree but grabbed the Reese’s because of a big sale.

I hope she continues to diversify into a healthier diet. I’d recommend Sweet Tarts next, although if she’s up for it, she might want to go straight for the licorice if she can handle the hard stuff.

My grandmother bought a bag of individually wrapped snack-size Snickers back in the late 70’s. She was watching TV in the dark and started eating them. Thinking they tasted off, she went into the kitchen and flipped the light on to inspect them. That’s when she discovered that they were filled with maggots. After vomiting profusely, the next day she returned to the store with the remaining Snickers and told the manager what had happened. Initially he told her that it wasn’t possible for them to all be infested since they were individually wrapped. Apparently it didn’t occur to him that they could be contaminated at the factory. The joke was on him though. As soon as he cut into one of the Snickers, out poured the maggots. All she did was ask for a refund.
