Early voting reports
11/1/2024 | Lowcountry

Posted on 11/01/2024 10:59:09 AM PDT by Lowcountry

I voted today in Raleigh NC and the early voting line was pretty long. I'm in a traditionally Republican precinct so this seems like pretty heavy turnout for the R's. Any other local reports are welcomed to this thread.

My small early voting place out in Archer Lodge(Wendell NC), has been fairly active every day. I was in and out in about 15 minutes when I went first thing in the morning last week, but there was steady activity.

I found it odd that there were a few Republican volunteers handing out flyers, but no one from the democrat side. The big red Republican tent has been there every day -and I’ve yet to see any blue there at all.

I think the D’s have given up at this location.

Trump is playing it smart, he’s trying to win PA, GA, Arizona, and NC, he wins those four he’s the winner

I have a college buddy in NC. 2016 Trump voter. 2020 Biden. He kept complaining about Trump’s personality etc, which I told him was strange criticism coming from him considering he is the most crass and inappropriate person I know.

Came to find out it all came from his wife (a Paul Ryan Republican as he described her). He said they weren’t voting, but he ruled out ever voting for Kamala. I talked him into voting. I told him he wouldn’t have to ever verbally admit that he voted for Trump, but if he ever needed a favor someday that might exceed the usual ask, to let me know with a wink and a nod and it will be done.

Bottom line: if you know any fence sitters, bribery is a useful tool.

One of the bigger issues I have with tracking early voting is they would seem to necessarily diminish the impact of Independents, and there have been several surveys this year showing them to number more than either GOP or Dem.

IF I was the last voter alive on the earth & Kamala was the last political candidate-—

I STILL WOULD NOT VOTE FOR HER

I AM FEMALE.

I voted early in the Silicon Valley last night.

I was the only one at the polling station, and there are not many “early in-person voting” locations around where I live.

I don’t know if that’s a trend, but that’s my data-point. Maybe all the dems vote by mail.

The Dems don’t have to vote, because they know it’s being done for them.

Steady heavy lines at our predominantly Republican precinct. Enthusiasm is very high for early 20s, Gen z voters form trump in our area.

Biggest surprise was talking to an acquaintance from California, a millennial in the film industry, has turned hard right from being liberal all his life.

Praying this all means something, and praying God binds the hands and thwarts the plans of those who would steal this election in GA , including the most corrupt Raffensperger and Kemp, and he will grant our nation a second chance to turn back to Him, under president Trump. 🙏

I listen to Sid Rosenberg on WABC radio in the morning. Today he had a sports guy named Joe Benigno on who is a rabid Trump supporter. He lives in Bergen County, N.J which is heavily blue. He said he has never seen so many Trump signs and the early voting place was packed. He felt that NJ is in play.
That would be glorious.

Unfortunately, Christie probably still has friends in the Board of Elections who can put the kibosh on Trump’s taking the state.

Early voting in New Jersey shows Trump ahead.

imho Trump is a natural for New Jersey.

if New Jersey goes republican—New York can’t be far behind—nor can illinios—except for the theft.

I was at most of the covid protests in raleigh and there were plenty of tatooers, bartenders, hair cutters that were with us and put out of business. They remember what fjb and kamalatoe did to dem!
Hopefully our governor also.
