This is kind of dishonest. I don’t believe Mackey should have been arrested for what he did. However, while it was very clear that Kimmel was joking, it was not clear at all that Mackey was joking. From everything I’ve seen and read, he was very serious about trying to convince some voters not to go to the polls by misrepresenting how to vote. Kimmel, massive douchenozzle that he is, wasn’t.
The network that pays Jimmy Kimmel should be fined $100 billion and fire his ass or else it's $200 billion.
