This is what is needed. Call it "Operation Hoover," not after J. Edgar, but after the vacuum.

Soros prosecutors are letting violent felons have a free-for-all in America's cities. Prior convictions already provide the evidence of felon-in-possession, even if the DA's have reduced the charges: the court records already show they had guns. Federal DA's need to charge them all with felon-in-possession or other Federal charges and vacuum them up off the street.
