I always believe a lot of PRs problems got worse when they ran out the US Navy.

I was there 6 months before the Navy pulled out and while only there a week I could see how much money the military was infusing into the economy......there’s no telling how many tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars PR lost because they wanted the Navy out.

Well, they got Vieques back....hope they’re happy.
