That’s a really good theory.
Even if it’s not fully conscious. She may be self-sabotaging subconsciously because she is afraid of all that responsibility, and drama, and scrutiny.
In fact, maybe she has realized that being President is too risky. While most of the danger is for Trump (and to a lesser degree, republicans), the lawfare precedent has been set.
There is the possibility that the DS thinks they have enough of the bureaucracy and the uniparty in the legislature to just hamstring the new admin into being lame duck from day one. The checks and balances only work if the three branches honor the constitution and the will of the people. The uniparty has the legislature they could just cripple the system since revenue stems from the house.
They are doing some blatant cheating not even trying to hide it so they feel confident nothing will be done about it. In this case morals hinder responses. Satanists and atheists don’t have morals against cheating. I think they will cheat just enough to get heals up in and then challenge anyone to do something about it. Because in a prolonged guerilla warfare scenario they win with two goals ending the USA as it was known for sure and also flooding in millions more people loyal to them to fight and kill those who they want to steal from. Every lone wolf wolverine maga types who take nuts two or five invaders leaves all their assets behind and there is a virtually unlimited supply of invaders. Just the Middle East has half a billion men who hate USA with passions. It’s foolish to try to fight the world in a battle like that. It has to be grab the military loyalty and take the reigns by forces fast and assuredly before the world can stream in.
