When we moved to the States after living in Gitmo for 8 years, Mom and Dad left my brother and me at the motel while they had a romantic dinner out.

We watched American TV for the first time since I was in first grade. We watched the show this author was in. When my parents got back, they asked what we watched. We couldn’t describe it at all.

But I did think she was cute. :-)
