You forgot to add that Hitler was an ‘artist’... Oh... And that the dude who formed the Fascist party of Italy (Benito Mussolini), was a communist and a journalist.

Hitler was pragmatic. He knew if he wanted his war machine to be built in a short period of time, he needed the industrialists on his side. And they basically thought that Rohm was a Communist in all but name.

Of course long term, once the war was won, Hitler would have dealt with the industrialists, much as he wound up dealing with the Jewish population.
