Kama-lama-ding-dong’s got the blues. This was supposed to be her time. This was supposed to be her rise. She was supposed to make her-story. Instead, Kam-Kam’s on her way to an Election Night drubbing, a week-long bender, and a few months of solitude in celebrity rehab. She should take Hillary Clinton along, too. A period of detox and sobriety could do both some good. And the American people would benefit from their prolonged absence from television news.
America will one day have a female president. She will be smart, articulate, prudent, and brave. She will treat her campaign for office as a chance to prove to the American people that she has their best interest at heart. She will be thoughtfully prepared to answer any and all questions. Nobody will say it’s “her turn” or pretend she is more talented than she really is. Nobody will hold her to a lower or higher standard because of her sex. She will rise to the top because she earns it. Americans will listen to her speeches, watch how she conducts her personal life, and conclude that she is the right leader for the time. And when she is elected, no one will mumble, “She won only because she’s a woman.” She will win on her own merits.
The Democrats have done women no favors by pushing the candidacies of Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris. Neither has the necessary disposition for holding the highest office in the land. Both are rash and unwise. They are selfish and unjust. They are intemperate and vengeful. They are self-conscious and uncertain. They are unkind, impatient, and self-serving. They exude no faith in God, inspire no hope in others, and display no courage.

It is amazing that half of the country does not see this.
I see Kamala as from India, or from Jamaica, or from Canada... or maybe the foreign country of Berkeley. But none of her ancestry got off the boat Mayflower, fought the Revolution, had family who died in Civil War, or dads who went to War in 1943... like me. So, probably she can NEVER represent me. My kin did ALL of the above.

As well - both Harris and Mrs Clinton are counter revolutionaries - which in and of itself makes each of them outlaws, and therefore, ineligible for the office - any office actually within this government
And why is no one commenting on how Kommiela Gopalan “The Tamil Brahman” Harris changed her hairstyle recently.
Her hair is now much puffier and has blondish highlights.
She is trying to appear less WOC and more Cauc.

I have a hard time with the word ‘deserve’ in the lead. If women (or anyone) got what they (we) deserve they (we) would all be dead. “The soul that sins shall die,” “The wages of sin is death...”

In 2016 I happened to be living in CA when Trump won the first time. In my workplace, grown men were on the verge of crying. I was gone by the time he won a second time in 2020. I look forward to him winning a third time in 2024.
In 2016 I really got people angry when I said if Hillary is the best example of womanhood this country can produce then we’re in trouble. Immediately following was the accusation that I would not vote for any woman. And just to pile on, they said I would not vote for a black. You racist sexist pig you.
My simple reply was that if Condoleezza Rice would throw her hat into the ring I’d quit my high-paying job and volunteer to work on her staff.
The silence that followed was glorious.
Here in NC we have a very conservative black Republican running for gov. As you can imagine he’s getting “the treatment” reserved for blacks who get off the Dem plantation. I’ve enjoyed calling people who oppose him “racist” and watching them splutter.
