Many, many moons ago (4 decades), I started drinking peach kefir. Over the decades, many fads have come and gone. Sometimes, they developed something called liquid yogurt. I simply remained with my favorite, peach kefir. One quart has 40 grams of protein, and great for your gut health. Little did I know, but about 2 years into the Plandemic, it turns out kefir is antiviral also.

Inulin (soluble fiber) I was a little disappointed with. Couldn’t see any differences while I was taking it.
